Let's Work Those Arms!

All you need is a set of light weights

Last week a young woman approached me at the gym and told me how much she enjoys watching me do my arm routines. TBH this acknowledgement made my day! I love to come up with a variety of exercise sequences for my arms and here is a new one for you. It may seem easy at first and then it won’t!

Note: Your weights should range anywhere from 1-4 lbs. Yes, 1 lb weights can feel really heavy!
