Watermelon Feta Salad for a Hot Summer Day
Here’s a McDonough Staple for the hot days of summer! It’s simple and quick to make (especially if you buy the pre-cut watermelon) 🍉🤷♀️ I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do!
Watermelon and Feta Salad
4 Servings

Ingredients:
2 lbs Watermelon chopped into large chunks
1 cup Greek Feta Cheese
1 cup Mixed Baby Greens
Salad Dressing Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
Place 4 small dinner plates in freezer to chill
Chop watermelon and salad greens
Place all salad dressing ingredients in a jar and shake
Remove dinner plates from freezer
Place several watermelon chunks on each plate
Top watermelon with the greens
Add more watermelon to the top of the greens and sprinkle with feta
