1.   What is a Body Scan Meditation? For some unknown reason, I have felt more stressed out than usual lately. I’m not sure why but when I am feeling stressed, it is very apparent to me. One of the telltale signs is a tight throat. Sometimes this will result in me choking on a simple glass of water 💧for no apparent reason! Ask my kids! They think it’s hysterical. 😩 When I am feeling this way, I often turn to a body scan meditation 🧘‍♀️ to settle me down. It can take as little as 30 seconds. 2. Today’s Parents: Exhausted, Burned Out and Perpetually Behind. Speaking of stress, if you are a parent these days, it can be really stressful! 😣 It’s hard NOT to get sucked down the rabbit hole 🕳️ of optimizing your child’s life. Frankly, I think most of it is a crock of s@#t. My husband and I are currently parenting our 5th and final kid now🤞🏻and boy do we have perspective! Our son’s extracurricular activity this fall is to play golf ⛳️with his pals. That’s it. He works hard at school each day and unwinds at the links with his pals. No coaches, no instruction, no schedule and NO STRESS! Put that on your college resume!!! 👨🏻‍🎓

5. High Quality Reference Site here It is no easy task to find an independent, high quality reference site that has your health and well-being at the forefront but I found one! Examine.com has no ads, no sponsorships and is independently run. I was amazed at the level of free information that is available on this site. Information on nutrition, supplements and the latest research can all be found here. While it has a paid version, I am impressed with the amount of free content. I highly recommend that you check it out!

6. 102 year old twins from Ohio with a Wonderful Message I LOVE learning from people who have lived long, content lives. These two sisters put a big smile on my face 😁 and their Life Lesson warms my heart. 🥰

1. Recipe of The Day. It’s a rare green smoothie that tastes good to me but this one does the trick! I have been enjoying the Green Blast Smoothie for years. 💚

2. Cindy Sweats Today’s exercise is “The Butt Buster.” My clients and I have been busting butts for years and this is the best exercise for it! All you need is a mini-band and a mat.

3. Habit Stack of The Day! I am really good about taking my daily vitamins. It’s a habit that I’ve had for years, just like brushing my teeth! I’m now Habit Stacking with brazil nuts. I eat 5-6 brazil nuts along with my morning vitamins. I would never remember to eat this healthy nut unless I stacked it with my daily vitamin regimen. What Habit are you thinking about stacking?
