Good Morning Everyone! ☕️ Today’s snippets includes a quiz, a calculator and a detailed discussion of the glutes! So don’t forget to put on your thinking cap today. 🧠 However, it’s Snippet #1, “Muscle, Metabolism and GLPs” that really got me thinking. So many people are hesitant to tell me that they are taking a GLP-1 for fear of being judged. I just want to be on the record that I am all in favor of GLPs. I have witnessed the struggle that so many people have when it comes to weight loss and I have also witnessed how these drugs have given them a new lease on life. Hurray!
