My 102 year old Aunt Betty always insisted on standing up without the assist of an arm rest. She kept this habit going until she was well into her 90’s. Here’s a functional exercise that mimics Aunt Bettys routine. To ramp it up, grab some weights and try the leg lift too! Let me know what you think.
