Killer Lower Body Series!

Grab a chair (not for sitting), some weights and a mini-band

I did this series in my class today and I’m sure that my butt and quads will be talking to me tomorrow! We did the series a total of 4 times throughout the workout. If you don’t have a mini-band, you can purchase one right here. Mini-bands are inexpensive and a “must have” piece of equipment in my repertoire. I recommend that you start with the green band before progressing to the blue.
