Hamstrings, Balance and Rows In One Exercise!

Most people, myself include, tend to overwork the quads and forget about the hamstrings. In this exercise, you are working the hamstring on the standing leg. At the same time, your balance is being challenged as you do the row.

It’s not as easy as it looks but give it a try!
