Let's Jump!

with ladders, a ropeless jump rope and more.

After my clients have built up their strength through resistance training, I start to add some jumping to their workouts. Jumping is so much FUN and is a wonderful way to build your bone density. Most people think that walking is a good way to build bone density but that is not enough. Read here for additional details on jumping, bone density and when to get started!
