Most of us don’t consider strengthening our low back muscles until something goes wrong. I tweaked my back several years ago and my favorite PT Matt recommended this exercise for me. I have been doing it ever since. This video has 3 versions of the hover plank. Start with the basic one and progress when you feel ready.
